UFAS

The 1990 Food Safety Act was introduced to ensure the exercise of due diligence throughout the food chain. UFAS (Universal Feed Assurance Scheme) was developed to cover sourcing of feed ingredients for the production and delivery of animal feed to the consumer. Full traceability throughout all stages of raw material production, processing and distribution is covered by the scheme and is independently audited by EFSIS to internationally recognised standards.

Our manufacturing plant at Fordingbridge was at the forefront, gaining UFAS accreditation in 2000.

Our feeds are made from natural wholesome ingredients to produce high quality vegetarian diets - the Natural Way to Feed Today. They contain:

· NO genetically modified materials.
· NO medications.
· NO growth promoters.
· NO animal proteins.
